We loved that it was so close to Arena for our concert.
We really would have liked to stay in the main hotel, the West Tower rooms seemed a bit small and outdated.
Location and the price was right. Staff was friendly and helpful compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same area.
The location was fairly close to the inner harbor, which was nice. The room was clean, the beds comfy, and everyone was very nice and helpful. The food was great (both breakfast and room service for dinner). The pool was wonderful!
Figuring out parking was a bit tricky- the key is to pull up in front of the lobby for check-in, then you can park in the garage under the building. The building itself is rather old, the elevators are really bumpy and the door knob on our door fell off.
Room too small - strong smell of deodorizing spray - dark
Great location and pleasant front counter service.
Outdated room carpet. Smell of urine in the bathroom of room 710. Poor attitude of breakfast table service.
Desk staff were helpful. Hotel was close to the conference center. The bed was comfortable. Parking attached to the hotel. Coffee shop in lobby.
Overpriced for what you get. Our room was noisy - next to the elevator - and hallway noise was easily audible. At three different times, the ice machine did not work. Housekeeping staff need better training or supervision. Coffee supplies were not replenished the first day. The room was not thoroughly cleaned or checked - I found a plastic flower and a USB cable under a table. Parking seemed overpriced. Elevators were small and waits seemed long.
Great location easy to get to many places. Good food in restaurant
The rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable.
I didn't appreciate that there wasn't any clean towels at pool. We had to travel back to our room in the cold dripping wet.
THE BREAKFAST TOOK FOREVER AND IF YOU GOT THE BUFFET IT WAS EMPTY, AS WELL AS COLD FOOD. AT CHECK IN DEPOSIT WAS MORE THAN LISTED AND STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE DEPOSIT BACK, AS WELL AS THEY FORGOT TO GIVE US OUR BREAKFAST COUPON BUT DEFINITELY REMEMBERED TO CHARGE MORE FOR A DEPOSIT. YOU PAY A LOT FOR PARKING AND THE ROOM THE LEAST THEY CAN DO IS ENSURE YOUR BREAKFAST IS WORTH THE STAY. ROOMS WERE NOT SO BAD BUT THERE WAS A BUNCH OF SPOTS THAT COULD OF USED A LOT OF EASY CLEANING!
Location close to convention centre and light rail link to airport
A bit pricey
The location and rates were reasonable.
The bed was not very comfortable and there was mold in the bathroom. Looks like the mold was painted over.
I liked the quick check in and friendly staff upon arrival. Convenient to the Inner Harbor with several places to dine. At the last minute I decided to stay an extra night and was accommodated for the same rate with no problems. I would book this hotel again should I visit Baltimore next time.
This property understands customer support and how to impress their guests. I arrived. The greeter at the front desk used my name on multiple occasions. Okay. Generally impressive but others do that too. Here was the amazing part... every time I approached the desk, other attendants knew me by name as I walked up to make my request. How does that happen unless the team is taught to be attentive. And they were! The dining room wait staff was incredible. I was likewise very impressed with their helpfulness. Many hotel rooms have poor lighting. This one had good lighting. Breakfast included with my reservation. Buffet breakfast offered all the right options and was fast and quick which is especially what is needed when traveling on business. Location was very close to the Baltimore convention center.
The pool was crazy warm like a bath not refreshing at all
Nice young man at the front desk. Don't remember his name but he goes to Morgan University. Made check in fun. Indoor pool was nice as well and the location was in walking distance of the harbor
No continental breakfast was disappointing especially for the hotel to be nearly $120/night.
